Was Oriva Health at CU Innovation Day 2026?
Yes. Oriva Health was a Feature Innovator at CU Innovation Day on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the History Colorado Center in Denver, held with Colorado Startup Week. CU listed us among its 2026 Featured Campus Innovators, one of more than 60 from all four CU campuses at an event that drew over 500 people. Our booth ran a live demo of Veronica, our AI voice agent for dental practices, and more than 80 people stopped by to talk to her.
What does Oriva Health do?
Oriva gives dental practices a clinical read of every patient before the visit. Veronica answers the phone in the caller's language, asks what a dentist would ask, catches emergencies, books the right appointment and sends the practice a short brief. It is pre-visit triage for the dentist to review, not a diagnosis.
Is Oriva Health a CU Boulder startup?
Both founders, Sukriti Sehgal and Uditanshu Tomar, studied at CU Boulder. Our clinical advisors include faculty at CU Anschutz, and Oriva has been supported by NSF I-Corps, Catalyze CU and CU Venture Partners (Venture Partners at CU Boulder). We were also a Boulder Startup Week 2026 finalist.
